Well today has been blah. It's been raining all day and it's really cold..I caught up on Cake Boss and watched two episodes of Justified before going to work at 3:30...I get to work and I realize I feel awful. My face is blood red and I'm hot and I feel very nervous and anxiety.Well the girls were worried about me and Debbie wanted me to check my blood pressure at Chu's..Well we went and got a blood pressure thing for my wrist and checked it. It was high and Debbie was concerned so she told me to ask Chu what I needed to do and his opinion on it. He recommended me going to Dr.G right away. Well I left work and walked down to Dr's Gs and got seen. I told him how I feel nervous sometimes at work and he told me that looking at my charts he didn't see anything wrong with my blood pressure,so he wasn't gonna give me blood pressure meds.He gave me a low dose of Clexia....and told me to try it..if I didn't see results between 3 to 4 weeks to stop taking it. I hate feeling this way all the time. I knew I had nerve problems in high school I was always nervous. I remember the first day of high school in coach p's class i was sooo nervous it made me sick I had to check out. I have never thought of taking nerve pills before but maybe it's something I should try to see if it helps me..I hope it does. I'm worried about my dad, I just found out my uncle has colon cancer(well they removed it luckily) and that my dad needs to check it and he refuses to do it...I wish he wasn't hard headed and he would at least get it checked out,I would feel a lot better if he did. I'm mad that American idol is not playing tonight......I guess I'm gonna relax and watch Justified and talk to Daniel some on the phone...
